I was talking with a training client today and we got into an interesting conversation about his favorite exercise. It was kind of neat learning about his preferences, likes and dislikes. So I wanted to open this up a bit and ask you… what’s your favorite exercise and why?



Lunges and burpies!!! Yeah!
My favourite exercise definitely has to be working out at the Jacobs Ladder stairs between Turbot Street & Wickham Terrace in Brisbane. I look forward to this workout every Monday morning with the ladies bootcamp group. It’s hard yakka but gees I feel good after it! I like to be sweating a lot at the end of a workout & running up & down the Jacobs Ladder stairs a dozen times certainly allows me to sweat!!! I think I like the stairs as it’s one of the harder challenges or even the hardest challenge in the ladies bootcamp & one that I can complete quite comfortably. I’m stronger in the legs & find I can just keep going. I think I enjoy doing the stairs as it’s something I’m good at & something that I can do over & over & over again …
